Workshop registration

(FAQ) answers

  • Parties may be booked Wednesday through Saturday.

  • Check our calendar for available dates.

  • Request a party date by clicking "book a party", e-mail (, or through messenger on our Facbook page.

  • Each private party will receive a link for party registration.

  • Hostess discount is 50% off a standard size sign or up to $30. (rules apply)

  • Minimum of 8 total guests for evening parties and to receive hostess discount.

  • Minimum of 4 total guests for a private workshop during store hours.

  • Each guest may choose any design from the Farmhouse Collection Albums.

  • Prices are determined by sign size.

  • Custom sign design requests will be charged an extra design fee ($5-$20). Including changes to current designs.

  • Custom design requests must be requested no less than 2 weeks before the party date.

  • Registration must be in by the Saturday before the party. After that date, the late registration fee is $10.

  • Registration 1-2 days before the party may be denied.

  • Custom design requests after the registration deadline will be denied.

  • Guests may pay for their sign at the class.

  • We accept all major credit cards.

  • The hostess will be responsible for the cost of any guest that ordered a sign and does not attend.

  • Each guest is responsible to use safety precautions when using stain and tools. (gloves and aprons are provided)

  • Our studio only has room for up to 14 guests.

  • Snacks and drinks (including wine) are allowed. We have a buffet table for set up.

  • Class time is 2-3 hours. 

Our goal is to make sure everyone has fun and is happy with their creation. Each wood sign and frame is handmade in our workshop and each stencil is designed and prepared before every party.

Early registration is much appreciated to ensure everything is in order for a successful party.
